Article 1(Purpose) #
The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters mandated by the Incheon International Airport Corporation Act and those necessary for enforcing said Act.
Article 2(Registration of incorporation) #
The matters to be registered for the incorporation of the Incheon International Airport Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Corporation") under Article 5 (2) of the Incheon International Airport Corporation Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") shall be as follows:
1. Purpose of business;
2. Name;
3. Locations of the principal office and branches or offices;
4. Capital;
5. Name, resident registration number, and address of the President;
6. Names and resident registration numbers of directors and auditors;
7. Methods for public announcement.
Article 3(Registration of establishment of branches) #
Where the Corporation establishes a branch or office (hereinafter referred to as a "branch"), it shall register the name, location, and date of establishment of the branch established at the location of its principal office within 2 weeks after the establishment thereof.

Article 4(Registration of transfer) #
(1) Where the Corporation relocates its principal office, it shall register the new location and the date of relocation at the former location or new location within 2 weeks from the date of relocation.
(2) Where the Corporation relocates a branch, it shall register the new location and the date of relocation at the location of its principal office within 2 weeks from the date of relocation.

Article 5(Registration of alteration) #
Where any matter registered under the subparagraphs of Article 2 or Article 3 is modified (excluding cases falling under the registration of transfer under Article 4), the Corporation shall register such modification at the seat of its principal place of business within 2 weeks after the modification.

Article 6(Registration of appointment of agents) #
(1) Where the President of the Corporation appoints an agent pursuant to Article 8 of the Act, the Corporation shall register the following matters at the seat of its principal office within 2 weeks after the appointment. The same shall also apply where the registered matters are modified:
1. Name, resident registration number, and address of the agent;
2. Where the authority of an agent is restricted, the details of such restriction, if any.
(2) Where the President of the Corporation dismisses an agent appointed pursuant to Article 8 of the Act, the Corporation shall register the purport of such dismissal at the seat of its principal office within 2 weeks after the dismissal.

Article 7(Documents attached to application for registration) #
Applications for each registration under Articles 2 through 6 shall be accompanied by the following documents:
1. In cases of intending to register incorporation of the Corporation under Article 2, the articles of incorporation of the Corporation, documents evidencing the amount of paid-in capital, and the qualifications of executive officers;
2. In cases of intending to register establishment of a branch under Article 3, documents certifying the establishment of a branch;
3. In cases of intending to register relocation pursuant to Article 4: documents evidencing the relocation of the principal office or branch;
4. In cases of intending to register alteration under Article 5, documents evidencing the modified matters;
5. In cases of intending to register appointment, change, or dismissal of an agent under Article 6, a document certifying that the appointment, change, or dismissal is made under Article 8 of the Act, and in case of authority of the relevant agent bding restricted under Article 6 (1) 2, a document certifying the restriction.
Article 8(Guidance and supervision) #
“Matters necessary to enhance the public nature and public interest of the operation of airports prescribed by Presidential Decree” in the main clause of Article 16 of the Act means matters falling under any of the following subparagraphs:
1. Matters concerning the security of airport facilities and aviation safety;
2. Matters concerning convenience and safety of the users of airport facilities.
