Article 1(Purpose) #
The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters mandated by the Creation and Management of Self-Help Livestock Funds Act and matters necessary for the enforcement thereof.
Article 2(Number of representatives) #
The total number of representatives under Article 8 (3) of the Creation and Management of Self-Help Livestock Funds Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") shall be classified by type of livestock as follows: <Amended on Jun. 29, 2012>
1. Korean native cattle: 250 people;
2. Milch cows: 130 people;
3. Pigs: 150 people;
4. Broilers: 80 people;
5. Laying hens: 80 people;
6. Beef cattle: 30 people;
7. Horses, sheep, ducks, deer, rabbits, turkeys, bees, geese, quails, and pheasants: 50 people each.
Article 3(Criteria for allocation of number of representatives by electoral district) #
(1) The standards for allocating the number of representatives by electoral district under Article 8 (3) of the Act shall be as specified in Appendix 1.
(2) A livestock organization shall determine the number of representatives for each electoral district under paragraph (1) by no later than 30 days before the election day of representatives.
Article 4(Delegation of authority) #
The Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs shall delegate the following authority to the Special Metropolitan City Mayor, a Metropolitan City Mayor, a Special Self-Governing City Mayor, a Do Governor, or a Special Self-Governing Province Governor pursuant to Article 32 of the Act. <Amended on Jun. 29, 2012; Mar. 23, 2013; Apr. 22, 2013>
1. Imposition and collection of administrative fines under Article 35 (1) 4 of the Act;
2. Imposition and collection of administrative fines under Article 35 (2) 1 and 2 of the Act.

Article 5(Criteria for imposition of administrative fines) #
(1) The criteria for the imposition of administrative fines under Article 35 (1) and (2) of the Act shall be as specified in Appendix 2.
