Article 1(Purpose) #
The purpose of this Decree is to prescribed matters mandated by the Act on the Prescribed Number of State Public Officials Assigned to Local Governments (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") and matters necessary for the enforcement thereof. <Amended on Oct. 7, 2005>
Article 2(Prescribed number of State public officials to serve as Vice Mayor of the Special Metropolitan City, Vice Mayors of Metropolitan Cities, and Vice Governors of Dos) #
The prescribed number of the Vice Mayor of the Special Metropolitan City, the Vice Mayors of Metropolitan Cities, and the Vice Governors of Dos under subparagraph 1 of Article 2 of the Act shall be as specified in Appendix 1. <Amended Jul. 1, 1995>
Article 3(Prescribed number of State public officials engaged in research or technical advice services) #
The prescribed number of State public officials engaged in research and technical advice services under subparagraph 2 of Article 2 of the Act shall be as specified in Appendix 2.
Article 4(Prescribed number of State public officials responsible for general administrative affairs in the Special Metropolitan City, Metropolitan Cities, and Dos) #
The prescribed number of State public officials in general service responsible for general administrative affairs in the Special Metropolitan City, Metropolitan Cities, and Dos under subparagraph 3 of Article 2 of the Act shall be as specified in Appendix 3. <Amended Jul. 1, 1995>
