Article 1(Purpose) #
The purpose of this Act is to support and foster the Korea Freedom Federation, thereby contributing to the everlasting preservation and development of liberal democracy in the Republic of Korea.

Article 2(Lending of state or public property and support for facilities) #
(1) The State and local governments may, if necessary to foster the Korea Freedom Federation (hereinafter referred to as the "KFF"), lend the State-owned or public property and facilities to the KFF free of charge, or allow the KFF to use, or profit from, such property and facilities, to the extent that does not impede the purposes of such property and facilities, notwithstanding the provisions of the State Property Act or the Public Property and Commodity Management Act, etc.
(2) In cases where the property or facilities are lent gratuitously or a person is allowed to use, or make profits from, the property or facilities under paragraph (1), the content, conditions, procedures, etc. thereof shall be determined by a contract between the management authorities of relevant property or facilities or the head of a local government, and the KFF.

Article 3(Contributions and subsidies) #
(1) The State and local governments may subsidize the KFF to cover operational expenses, facility expenses, and other expenses necessary for the organization and activities thereof.
(2) An individual, corporation, or organization may contribute money or other property to the KFF to support the facilities and operation of the KFF.

Article 4(Tax reduction or exemption) #
(1) The Government may reduce or exempt taxes for the KFF, as prescribed by the Act on Restriction on Special Cases concerning Taxation or other tax laws.
(2) Special cases for the calculation of income may be applied to money or other property contributed to the KFF under Article 3 (2), as prescribed by the Act on Restriction on Special Cases concerning Taxation or other tax laws.

Article 5(Business plan and settlement of accounts) #
(1) The KFF shall prepare a budget bill for revenues and expenditures and a business plan for each fiscal year before the commencement of the relevant fiscal year and submit it to the Minister of the Interior and Safety. (2) The KFF shall prepare a statement of settlement of revenues and expenditures for the preceding fiscal year and a statement of business performance within 2 months after the end of each fiscal year, and submit it to the Minister of the Interior and Safety. <Amended on Mar. 23, 2013; Nov. 19, 2014; Jul. 26, 2017>

Article 6(Prohibition of use of similar name) #
(1) No person other than the KFF under this Act shall use the title of the Korea Freedom Federation or any other similar name.
(2) Any person who uses the name of the Korea Freedom Federation or any other name similar thereto in violation of paragraph (1) shall be subject to an administrative fine not exceeding 2 million won.
(3) Administrative fines under paragraph (2) shall be imposed and collected by the Minister of the Interior and Safety. <Amended on Mar. 23, 2013; Nov. 19, 2014; Jul. 26, 2017>
