Article 1(Purpose) #
The purpose of this Act is to strive for the effective performance of national security services by providing for special procedures on budget and settlement of accounts.
Article 2(Reserve Fund) #
The use and settlement of accounts of the reserve fund required for the activities of national security shall be, notwithstanding the provisions of the State Finance Act, in total and be controlled by the Ministry of Strategy and Finance. <Amended by Act No. 5454, Dec. 13, 1997; Act No. 5982, May 24, 1999; Act No. 8050, Oct. 4, 2006; Amended by Act No. 8852, Feb. 29, 2008>
Article 3(Enforcement Decree) #
Matters necessary for the enforcement of this Act shall be determined by the Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 5454, Dec. 13, 1997>
