Article 1(Purpose) #
The purpose of these rules is to set forth the matters necessary for the matters entrusted by the Act on Provision and Active Use of Public Data and the enforcement decrees thereto and for the implementation thereof.
Article 2(Form for notice of appointment/change of staff in charge of provision of public data and staff) #
Notice on appointment or change of staff in charge of provision of public data and staff pursuant to Article 12(3) of Act on Provision and Active Use of Public Data (“Act”) shall be in accordance with notice on appointment or change of staff in charge of provision of public data and staff in attachment 1 (including electronic notice).
Article 3(Form for registration of public data list) #
① The public data list pursuant to Articles 18(1) and 27(5) of the Act and Article 15(1) of the “Enforcement Decree to Act on Provision and Active Use of Public Data” (“Decree”) shall be in accordance with public data list registration statement in attachment 2 (including electronic registration statement).
② Amended registration of public data list pursuant to Article 15(2) of the Decrees shall be in accordance with amended registration for public data list in attachment 3 (including electronic amended registration).
Article 4(Form for portal registering public data subject to provision) #
The portal registration of public data subject to provision pursuant to Article 19(4) of the Act shall be in accordance with registration statement of public data subject to provision set forth in attachment 4 (including electronic registration statement).
Article 5(Form for request for exclusion of public data list) #
Request for exclusion of public data list pursuant to Article 20(1) of the Act shall be in accordance with request for exclusion of public data list set forth in attachment 5 (including electronic request).
Article 6(Form for notice of change/suspension of provision of public data) #
Notice of change/suspension of provision of public data pursuant to Article 16(2) shall be in accordance with the notice of change/suspension of provision of public data set forth in attachment 6 (including electronic notice).
Article 7(Form for submission of maintenance and provision public data) #
① The public agency and public data utilization support center in accordance with Article 13(1) of the Act shall write down the details of public data provision pursuant to Article 20(1) of the Decrees in the ledger for public data provision details in attachment 7 (including electronic ledger) and manage same.
② Public agency seeking to notify the status of provision of public data in accordance with Article 20(2) of the Decrees shall attach the ledger for public data provision details (including electronic ledger) to the notice on status of provision of public data in attachment 8 (including electronic notice) and submit same to the Ministry of Security and Public Administration.
Article 8(Form for requesting public data other than those subject to public announcement) #
① Application for provision of public data pursuant to Article 27(1) of the Act shall be in accordance with the public data provision application in attachment 9 (including electronic application).
② Notice of extension of period for determination of disclosure of public data pursuant to Article 27(4) of the Act shall be in accordance with the notice of extension of period for determination of disclosure of public data in attachment 10 (including electronic notice).
③ Notice of determination on provision of public data pursuant to Article 27(5) shall be in accordance with notice of determination on provision of public data in attachment 11 (including electronic notice).
④ Notice of refusal to provide public data pursuant to Article 27(6) of the Act shall be in accordance with notice of refusal to provide public data in attachment 12 (including electronic notice).
Article 9(Form for notice on suspension of provision of public data) #
① Notice on suspension of provision of public data pursuant to Article 28(1) of the Act and Article 22(1) of the Decrees shall be in accordance with the notice on suspension of provision of public data in attachment 13 (including electronic notice).
② Anyone who seeks to receive public data again in accordance with Article 22(2) of the Decrees shall attach documents evidencing the resolution of reasons for suspension of public data provision and its actions (including electronic documents) to the notice of resolutions on reasons for suspension of public data provision and its actions (including electronic data) and submit same to relevant public agency.
Article 10(Form for application for dispute resolution in public data provision) #
The application for dispute resolution in public data provision pursuant to Article 31(1) shall be in accordance with application for dispute resolution in public data provision in attachment 15 (including electronic application).
