Article 1(Purpose) #
The purpose of this Act is to promote the convenience of livelihood of population and balanced regional development in the area by establishing Dangjin-si, Chungcheongnam-do, asan urban-rural complex form from Dangjin-gun, Chungcheongnam-do pursuant to Article 7 (2) of the Local Autonomy Act.
Article 2(Establishment of Dangjin-Si, Chungcheongnam-Do) #
(1) Dangjin-gun, Chungcheongnam-do is hereby disbanded.
(2) Dangjin-si shall be established in Chungcheongnam-do as follows:
