ENFORCEMENT RULE OF THE KOREA DEVELOPMENT BANK ACT

As used in item (c) of subparagraph 3 of Article 18 of the Korea Development Bank Act, the term "business type as prescribed by the Ordinance of the Prime Minister" means any business type set out the attached Table of the Enforcement Decree of the Industrial Development Act and telecommunications business.
