Article 1(Purpose) #
The purpose of these rules is to set forth the matters necessary for the matters entrusted by the Act on Disclosure of Information by Public Agency and the enforcement decrees thereto and for the implementation thereof. <Amended 2011.11.1>
Article 2(Form for request for disclosure of information) #
① The request for disclosure of information pursuant to Article 10(1) of Act on Disclosure of Information by Public Agency (“Act"‘) and Article 6(1) of Enforcement Decrees thereto (“Decrees”) shall be pursuant to attachment 1. <Amended 2011.11.1>
② In the event disclosure for information is made orally pursuant to Article 10(1) and (2) of the Act, it shall be done pursuant to attachment 2.
Article 3(Forms related to processing disclosure of information) #
① Notice on extension of period for determining disclosure pursuant to Article 11(2) of the Act shall be in accordance with attachment 3.
② The information disclosure processing ledger pursuant to Articles 6(2) and 16 of the Decrees shall be in accordance with attachment 4
③ Notices pursuant to Article 6(4) of the Decrees shall be in accordance with attachment 4-2. <New provision 2011.11.1>
Article 4(Forms related to hearing of comments by third parties) #
① Notice on fact of request for disclosure of information to third parties pursuant to Article 11(3) of the Act shall be in accordance with attachment 4(3) while submission of comments by third parties who have been notified of the fact of request for disclosure of information or request for nondisclosure pursuant to Article 21(1) of the Act shall be in accordance with attachment 5. <Amended 2011.11.1>
② In the event third party comment is heard orally pursuant to Article 11(3) of the Act and Article 8 of the Decrees, it shall be done pursuant to attachment 6.
Article 5(Form for notice of decision on disclosure of information) #
Notice on disclosure of information pursuant to Article 13(1) and (4) shall be pursuant to attachment 7.
Article 6(Form for power of attorney on disclosure of information) #
Power of attorney pursuant to Article 15(2)(3) of the Decrees shall be in accordance with attachment 8.
Article 7(Amount of fees) #
The amount of fees pursuant to Article 17(1) of the Decrees shall be as attached unless otherwise set forth in other laws.
Article 8(Forms related to processing application to file objections) #
① Filing of objections pursuant to Articles 18(1) and 21(2) of the Act and Article 18(1) of the Decrees shall be in accordance with attachment 9.
② Notice of decision on filing of objections pursuant to Article 18(2) and (3) and Article 21(2) of the Act shall be in accordance with attachment 9-2. <New provision 2011.11.1>
③ Notice on extension of period for determination of application to file objection pursuant to Article 18(2) of the Act and Article 18(2) of the Decrees shall be in accordance with attachment 10. <Amended 2011.11.1>
④ The ledger for processing application to file objections pursuant to Article 18(4) shall be in accordance with attachment 11. <Amended 2011.11.1>
Article 8-2(Form for notice on decision for disclosure of information to third parties) #
Notice on decision for disclosure of information to third parties pursuant to Article 21(2) shall be in accordance with attachment 11-2.

Article 9(Submission of documents) #
Submission of status of operations of information disclosure pursuant to article 28 of the Decrees shall be in accordance with attachment 12.
