Article 1(Purpose) #
The purpose of this Act is to prescribe matters concerning the salary of judges and other remuneration thereof as prescribed in Article 46 (2) of the Court Organization Act.

Article 2(Standards for Remuneration) #
A judge shall receive a salary and other remuneration according to the salary table of judges in the attached Table: Provided, That where the salaries and other remuneration of judges are to be adjusted as the remuneration of public officials is adjusted, such may be prescribed by Supreme Court Rules according to the adjusted rate of public officials' remuneration until this Act is amended.

Article 3(Payment Methods) #
Salaries and other remuneration shall be paid on the 20th day of each month: Provided, That where such date falls on a public holiday, such shall be paid one the day prior to such date.

Article 4(Calculation of Remuneration) #
Salaries and other remuneration shall be calculated from the date an order of appointment of a judge is issued, at the time of appointment, transfer of position, change of position, increase in salary, salary reduction or in whatever other condition.

Article 6(Matters of Delegation) #
The standards for increase of judges' salary, the method of paying remuneration, calculation of remuneration and other matters necessary for the enforcement of this Act shall be prescribed by Supreme Court Rules.
